Here Are the Winners of the LensCulture 2018 Street Photography Awards

The winners and finalists of the 4th annual LensCulture Street Photography Awards have been announced and the photos are just incredible. The work submitted beautifully illustrates the photographers’ visions of life on the street from all corners of the globe.

Of the 170 countries that were represented in the entries, the prestigious jury chose 39 photographers as the winners, juror’s picks, and finalists. The prizes include $22,000 in grant awards; publication in the LensCulture photobook; projections at international photography festivals; international exposure; and the winning photos will be on display at an exhibition at Cosmos Book Fair in Arles, France July 2-7.

Jurors’ Picks & Finalists

The seven jury members also chose one photographer each to receive special distinction and a cash grant. What’s really cool is you can read why the juror chose the photo and what they liked about it if you scroll down to the Jurors’ Picks section on the winners page.

Among the six winners and seven juror’s picks, 26 finalists will also be on display at the digital exhibition in France. The show runs from July 2-7 at Cosmos Book Fair during the opening week of the world-renowned Les Rencontres d’Arles.
