DESCRIPTION

Give your images the cozy feel of a warm cup of cappuccino, with golden browns and creamy vanilla tones.

Most presets bring the whites down a step so the brightest areas look softer and less stark, which suits cafe scenes, autumn street portraits and cozy indoor photos. After you apply one, raise Exposure slightly if a dim interior starts to look heavy.

One zip holds the 10 presets as .xmp files, which work in Lightroom Classic, Lightroom on your computer and Lightroom on your phone, plus .dng versions for older releases of the mobile app, each in its own labeled folder, with 4 sample images to practice on and the PDF install guide.

Cappuccino Lightroom Presets · 10 Looks

Warm Browns With Muted Greens and Yellows

Ten presets that add warm tones to the shadows and quiet greens and yellows for a cozy, coffee-brown look. They work in Lightroom Classic and in Lightroom on desktop and mobile.

Kilim Beige

Kilim Beige mutes strong color into a soft, faded palette. The emerald blazer softens a little, the warm stone wall turns a calmer, more neutral beige, and the black velvet trousers stay deep. The white balance tint moves 19 points toward green.

Whites Pulled Down Hard

Whites drop by 62 and contrast eases a little while shadows lift, so bright stone and white shirts lose their glare. The tone curve also raises the shadows and darks for a lighter base. A faint yellow tint goes into the shadows and a cool blue into the highlights.

Yellows and Blues Nearly Gone

Yellow saturation falls by 91 and blue by 86, and greens lose much of their color too and turn a little darker. Reds shift toward orange, which keeps lips and hair warm against the quieter background.

Best on: street-style and fashion photos, outfits with bold jewel tones and city portraits against stone or concrete.

Included – PHLEARN Deep PennyOriginal

Deep Penny

Deep Penny wraps this evening city walk in warm copper tones. The pavement and denim jacket take on a brownish warmth, the sky behind them turns a soft rosy beige, and the dark coats look heavier and richer. Contrast, whites and blacks stay unchanged.

Darker Shadows and Lights

Shadows are pulled down by 72 and the tone curve darkens the lights a lot, so the whole frame settles lower and moodier. A small clarity boost keeps texture defined, and Dehaze at -5 adds a faint softness.

A Warmer White Balance

Temperature rises by 19 and reds shift toward orange. Yellows and greens lose much of their color and blues lose some, so skin stays warm and the city lights blend into the copper mood. Reds also get darker, and a faint red tint sits in the shadows.

Best on: couples walking in the city, dusk and evening shots and photos with dark winter clothing.

Included – PHLEARN Cherry SweetOriginal

Cherry Sweet

Cherry Sweet gives this sunny street portrait a warmer, richer finish. Her blonde hair shifts toward a deeper gold, the plaid coat picks up stronger cinnamon and rust browns, and the gray street behind her goes quieter. Temperature stays unchanged.

Softer Whites, Deeper Blacks

Whites drop by 48 and blacks go down a little while contrast eases, so bright pavement loses its glare but dark fabric keeps its weight. Shadows open up by 13. A light vignette darkens the edges of the frame.

Oranges Lean Toward Red

Oranges shift toward red and get darker, which deepens skin and warm clothing. Yellows lose about half their saturation and greens lose much more, and an orange tint sits in the shadows. Greens also shift toward yellow and get lighter, and a cool blue tint goes into the highlights.

Best on: sunny street portraits, autumn coats and plaids, and lifestyle shots with blonde or light-brown hair.

Included – PHLEARN Sweet ChestnutOriginal

Sweet Chestnut

Sweet Chestnut wraps this beach portrait in a creamy, peach-pink warmth. The sand turns a soft blush tone, the striped sweater shows richer browns and reds, and the cool water behind her fades into a pale haze. White balance does not change.

Warm Tint Top to Bottom

A red tint goes into the shadows and an orange tint into the highlights, so sand and boots both warm up. Yellows also shift toward orange, and oranges lean slightly toward red. Reds, oranges and yellows all get a little darker.

More Contrast, Calmer Whites

Contrast rises by 26 while highlights and whites come down, so the sky and sand keep their detail. Shadows drop by 21 and blacks by 14 for extra depth. Blues and greens lose about 40 points of saturation, which takes the chill out of the water.

Best on: cozy knitwear, beach walks in cool weather and portraits with plenty of neutral background.

Included – PHLEARN Persian FableOriginal

Persian Fable

Persian Fable gives this fall outfit a deeper, polished look. The teddy coat glows a darker amber, her skin picks up a warm, toasted tone, and the black boots and bag gain a stronger shine. White balance stays the same.

More Contrast, Lifted Blacks

Contrast rises by 21 while blacks lift by 14 and whites ease down, so the photo gets punch without hard, inky shadows. An orange tint in the shadows warms the stone steps, and a cool blue tint goes into the highlights for balance.

Yellow Removed, Oranges Deepened

Yellow saturation goes all the way to zero, reds shift toward orange, and oranges get darker, which gathers the warmth into browns and rust. Greens and blues lose much of their color. They also get much lighter, so they fade back instead of standing out.

Best on: fall fashion, outdoor portraits on steps or stone, and outfits in brown, rust or camel.

Included – PHLEARN Light ChevreOriginal

Light Chevre

Light Chevre softens this low-light portrait and gives her face an even, gentle glow. The orange faux-fur jacket settles into a mellow caramel, the white shirt calms down, and the dark background stays deep. White balance is not changed.

Half the Contrast, Same Depth

Contrast drops by 52 and highlights and whites come down hard, so bright skin and fabric never glare. Blacks go slightly deeper, which keeps the night background dark. Shadows lift by 13 at the same time, which holds detail in the darker tones.

A Faint Teal in the Highlights

A light teal tint sits in the highlights and a touch of yellow in the shadows. Oranges shift toward red and reds get darker, while yellows, greens and aquas lose much of their color. Reds also lean toward orange, and blues lose some saturation.

Best on: close-up portraits, curly hair, and evening or low-light shots with a dark background.

They come as .XMP presets for Lightroom Classic, Lightroom desktop and Lightroom on your phone, plus .DNG versions for older versions of the mobile app. Sample images are included too.

What kind of look do the Cappuccino Lightroom Presets give?

They give your images the cozy feel of a warm cup of cappuccino, with golden browns and creamy vanilla tones. Think notes of cinnamon, chocolate and cream: rich, warm color toning for photos that make you want to curl up by the fire with your favorite warm drink.

Which Cappuccino presets are shown on this page?

Coconut Husk, Crisp Chantilly, Matcha Latte and Soft Brunette are in the download too, and you can try them on the included sample images.

Are Lightroom Presets included in my PHLEARN PRO subscription?

Which version of Lightroom do I need?

The .XMP presets work in Lightroom Classic 7.3 and newer, in Lightroom on your computer and in Lightroom on your phone. For older versions of the mobile app, use the .DNG files in the download. We recommend the latest version.

How do I install Lightroom Presets?

In Lightroom Classic, open the Develop module, click the + in the Presets panel, choose Import Presets and select the .XMP files. The PDF install guide in your download covers Lightroom on your computer and your phone too, and every method is on our Lightroom Presets install guide.

I imported the pack, but I can’t see it.

The new group arrives collapsed and sits in alphabetical order. Scroll the Presets panel, find the group named after the pack and click its arrow.

Do I have to install the presets on my phone separately?

Not if you import them into Lightroom on your computer: within a few minutes they show up in Lightroom on any device signed in to the same Adobe account. If you use Lightroom Classic, import the .XMP files in the mobile app: open a photo, tap Presets, then Yours, then the three-dot menu and Import Presets.

Do the presets work on RAW and JPEG photos?

Yes. Every preset is built to work on both RAW and JPEG files, and each one can be adjusted after you apply it.

The preset looks too strong. What do I do?

Lower the Amount slider at the top of the Presets panel, then adjust White Balance and Exposure for that photo. Every photo starts from different light.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are downloadable products, all sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds.
