Light, Airy Color for Sun and Sea
Ten presets that brighten sand and sky, calm hot highlights and keep tans from turning orange. They work in Lightroom Classic and in Lightroom on desktop and mobile.
One Warm Look for the Whole Feed
The Beach pack is ten presets made for sun, sand and sea. Across the feed, sand and white water get brighter, skies and water turn a lighter, cleaner blue, and tanned skin stays natural, so a set of vacation photos reads as one look. Seven of the ten also raise exposure.
Highlights Held, Shadows Opened
Every preset in the pack pulls the highlights down and opens up the shadows. Bright sand and surf keep their detail, and faces in shade stay clear. Several presets also cool the white balance slightly. Eight also lift the blacks, and none add grain or a vignette.
Oranges Toned Down
Every preset lowers orange saturation, some by a lot, so sunburn and strong tans settle into a softer, even skin tone against the blue. Reds and yellows lose saturation in all ten too.
Best on: vacation sets, beach and pool photos, and summer travel feeds.
Light Monach
Light Monach brightens the frame and lightens the sea and sky behind the two friends. The white swimsuit turns brighter and cleaner, and their tanned skin stays warm. Exposure rises a little, and contrast goes up only slightly.
Matte Blacks, Softer Highlights
The tone curve lifts the black point a lot for a faded, matte finish, highlights come down hard and the shadows open up. A light yellow tint goes into both the shadows and the highlights. Clarity and texture drop a little for a slightly softer look.
Reds and Greens Quieted
Reds and greens lose much of their color, and oranges get less saturated and darker. Aquas shift toward blue and the white balance cools slightly, which cleans up the water. Reds also shift strongly toward magenta, and blues move a little toward aqua.
Best on: sunny beach portraits, friends and couples by the water, and swimwear shots.
Soft Nissi
Soft Nissi turns the deep blue sky into a pale, airy teal and brightens the splashing water. The couple’s faces open up, and their skin stays natural against the cooler color. Exposure and whites both rise.
Blues Shift Toward Teal
Blues move toward aqua, lose a lot of their saturation and get much lighter, which is what turns a strong summer sky into soft teal. Aquas brighten too. Greens also lose much of their saturation, while the white balance stays almost exactly where it was.
A Faded Tone Curve
The tone curve lifts the black point and pulls the top of the whites down a little for a soft, faded finish, while highlights come down hard. Oranges and yellows lose much of their color, so tans look softer. A little added clarity keeps edges defined.
Best on: couples in the surf, action shots in the waves, and photos for a light, faded summer feed.
Navagio
Navagio pushes the sand and sky close to white, so tanned skin and the black swimsuit stand out sharply against a clean, high-key background. The exercise ball and the horizon fade into the light. Exposure rises by a fifth of a stop, and contrast drops by 10.
Lighter Sky, Deeper Tan
Blues get much lighter, which nearly erases a pale sky, while oranges lose a lot of saturation and get darker. Skin reads as a deep, even tan rather than orange. Yellows shift strongly toward orange, and greens move toward aqua and get lighter.
Bright Whites, Warm Shadows
Exposure, whites, shadows and blacks go up while highlights come down to hold detail. The white balance warms slightly, a yellow tint goes into the shadows, and extra clarity keeps edges crisp. Vibrance dips a little, and reds, purples and magentas all lose saturation.
Best on: minimal beach portraits, fitness and swimwear shoots, and wide open sand.

What’s included in the Beach Lightroom Presets?

What kind of photos are the Beach Lightroom Presets made for?
They are made for beach, coastal, travel and vacation photos. The presets brighten images, lift shadows, add contrast and give the water a crisp, cool look, with deep blues in the shadows and midtones. They are built around the colors of sunny beaches: warm sand, blue seas and sunkissed skin.
How do the Beach Lightroom Presets handle skin tones?
Adding blues or greens into skin can make people look unnatural, so these presets enhance the natural reds and oranges in skin while the blues go into the shadows. The page also notes they make exposure and color adjustments by tone and color rather than tinting the whole image.

Which version of Lightroom do I need?
The .XMP presets work in Lightroom Classic 7.3 and newer, in Lightroom on your computer and in Lightroom on your phone. For older versions of the mobile app, use the .DNG files in the download. We recommend the latest version.
How do I install Lightroom Presets?
In Lightroom Classic, open the Develop module, click the + in the Presets panel, choose Import Presets and select the .XMP files. The PDF install guide in your download covers Lightroom on your computer and your phone too, and every method is on our Lightroom Presets install guide.
I imported the pack, but I can’t see it.
The new group arrives collapsed and sits in alphabetical order. Scroll the Presets panel, find the group named after the pack and click its arrow.
Do I have to install the presets on my phone separately?
Not if you import them into Lightroom on your computer: within a few minutes they show up in Lightroom on any device signed in to the same Adobe account. If you use Lightroom Classic, import the .XMP files in the mobile app: open a photo, tap Presets, then Yours, then the three-dot menu and Import Presets.
Do the presets work on RAW and JPEG photos?
Yes. Every preset is built to work on both RAW and JPEG files, and each one can be adjusted after you apply it.
The preset looks too strong. What do I do?
Lower the Amount slider at the top of the Presets panel, then adjust White Balance and Exposure for that photo. Every photo starts from different light.
