Soft, Earthy Tones With a Matte Feel
Ten presets that soften contrast, quiet greens and yellows and keep skin warm. They work in Lightroom Classic and in Lightroom on desktop and mobile.
Soft Looks for the Whole Feed
Across a feed, the Bohemian presets share a few habits. Nine of them lift the shadows and every one pulls back greens and yellows, so beach, desert and portrait photos read lighter and calmer while skin stays warm. Only Light Flax and Peach Blossom warm the white balance, and none of the ten adds grain or a vignette.
Greens and Yellows Step Back
Green saturation drops by roughly half or more in every preset and yellows are muted in all ten, which calms grass, foliage and sand. Six pair a warm tint with a cool one.
A Range of Softness
Peach Blossom and Light Flax cut contrast hard for a flat, film-like matte, while Pastel Marine and Soft Enamel keep more snap. Nine bring the highlights down, and only Pastel Lemon brightens them.
Best on: travel and lifestyle feeds, boho fashion and portraits, and beach, desert and field shoots.
Pastel Lemon
Pastel Lemon brightens the scene and softens it. The hazy beach behind her turns nearly white, the floral dress gets lighter and paler, and the teal guitar keeps its color against all that brightness. White balance does not change, and vibrance comes down by 15 for gentler color overall.
Bright Highlights, Less Contrast
Contrast drops a lot while highlights and whites are pushed up and shadows lift, so the photo reads light and open. Blacks come down by 24, which keeps the darkest details from washing out. Clarity and texture come down slightly for a softer finish.
Blue Shadows, Yellow Highlights
A blue tint goes into the shadows and a pale yellow into the highlights. Reds gain saturation and greens lose about half, so the small red flowers on the dress stay visible. Oranges and blues also get a little lighter.
Best on: beach and desert portraits, light printed dresses, and bright outdoor fashion shots.
Lightest Brown
Lightest Brown turns the pale blue wall behind her nearly white and brightens the whole portrait. The straw hat, crochet top and beaded bracelets keep their natural tones, and her skin gets a little warmer. Exposure rises by a tenth of a stop.
Blues Fade to White
Blues lose over 60% of their saturation and get much brighter, which is what clears the blue-gray backdrop. Greens and aquas are muted heavily too. Yellows lose 45 points of saturation and get darker.
Lifted Blacks, Warm Highlights
Blacks lift a lot and whites and shadows come up, giving a soft, airy finish. The tone curve raises the shadows, darks and lights while pulling the highlights down. A light yellow tint in the highlights keeps skin warm, and reds get darker and less saturated, so lips and blush stay natural.
Best on: studio or wall portraits, white and cream clothing, and accessories with natural textures.
Creamsicle
Creamsicle turns the golden grass into a pale, silvery cream, which makes her tanned skin and black top stand out. The feathers in her hair and the bands on her arm keep their warm color. Clarity rises by 9 and texture by 6, for a little more crispness.
Yellows Drained, Oranges Boosted
Yellows lose about 70% of their saturation and get brighter, and greens, aquas and blues are muted heavily too. Yellows also shift toward orange and greens toward yellow. Oranges and reds gain color, so skin stays warm while the background goes neutral.
Deep Blacks, Open Shadows
Blacks are pulled down while shadows lift, which keeps dark clothing solid and faces open. The tone curve lowers the highlights by 28, and white balance moves slightly toward green. A faint yellow in the shadows and blue in the highlights adds a light split tone.
Best on: field and meadow portraits, festival and boho styling, and dry summer landscapes.

What kind of photos are the Bohemian Lightroom Presets made for?
They are designed for travelers, artists and people who love taking photos out in nature. The looks use rich, earthy colors and soft, natural tones, with creamy skin tones, warm colors and lower contrast for a subdued, natural bohemian feel.
Do the Bohemian presets give a matte or faded film look?
Yes. They add a matte finish that tones down bright, flashy and distracting elements, and they give photos a washed and faded look inspired by 35mm film. They also lift the shadows without affecting the highlights, which reveals lost detail.

Which version of Lightroom do I need?
The .XMP presets work in Lightroom Classic 7.3 and newer, in Lightroom on your computer and in Lightroom on your phone. For older versions of the mobile app, use the .DNG files in the download. We recommend the latest version.
How do I install Lightroom Presets?
In Lightroom Classic, open the Develop module, click the + in the Presets panel, choose Import Presets and select the .XMP files. The PDF install guide in your download covers Lightroom on your computer and your phone too, and every method is on our Lightroom Presets install guide.
I imported the pack, but I can’t see it.
The new group arrives collapsed and sits in alphabetical order. Scroll the Presets panel, find the group named after the pack and click its arrow.
Do I have to install the presets on my phone separately?
Not if you import them into Lightroom on your computer: within a few minutes they show up in Lightroom on any device signed in to the same Adobe account. If you use Lightroom Classic, import the .XMP files in the mobile app: open a photo, tap Presets, then Yours, then the three-dot menu and Import Presets.
Do the presets work on RAW and JPEG photos?
Yes. Every preset is built to work on both RAW and JPEG files, and each one can be adjusted after you apply it.
The preset looks too strong. What do I do?
Lower the Amount slider at the top of the Presets panel, then adjust White Balance and Exposure for that photo. Every photo starts from different light.
