DESCRIPTION

Instantly improve any indoor photo with our PHLEARN Real Estate Lightroom Presets! Designed to lift shadows and add subtle coloring, these custom looks can help any space look cozy, clean, and bright.

With every preset the shadows get brighter and the highlights come down, and most add clarity and texture, made for listing photos of kitchens, baths and living rooms. After you apply one, adjust Temperature so white walls look clean rather than yellow or blue.

One zip holds the 10 presets as .xmp files, which work in Lightroom Classic, Lightroom on your computer and Lightroom on your phone, plus .dng versions for older releases of the mobile app, each in its own labeled folder, with 4 sample images to practice on and the PDF install guide.

Real Estate Lightroom Presets · 10 Looks

Lighter Rooms, Cleaner Whites, Warmer Wood

Ten presets that open up dark corners, hold detail in bright windows and set the color of walls and wood. They work in Lightroom Classic and in Lightroom on desktop and mobile.

Bright, Open SpacesOriginal

Bright, Open Spaces

Every preset in the Real Estate pack lifts the shadows and pulls the highlights down, so dark corners open up and bright windows keep detail. Across a listing or a feed, rooms come out lighter and more even from one photo to the next. None adds grain or a vignette.

Warm or Cool Whites

Vanilla Touch, Warm White and Simply Dover warm the white balance a little, while Muted Snow and Atrium White add a cool blue tint to the highlights for crisper walls and tile. In all, six warm the white balance and none cools it.

Greens Calmed Down

Nine presets mute greens, which keeps houseplants and garden views from overpowering the room. Eight add a little clarity for crisper wood, tile and stone. Six lower contrast for an even look, and four raise it for more depth.

Best on: real estate listings, interior and architecture feeds, and rooms with mixed window and lamp light.

Included – PHLEARN Warm WhiteOriginal

Warm White

Warm White turns the cool gray-white walls and floor a soft, warm cream. The black window frames and shelves stay crisp, and the round wood table picks up a little more color. Vibrance and saturation both rise a little to help the wood along.

Whites Pushed Up, Blacks Held

Whites go up a lot and contrast rises, while highlights come down and blacks dip slightly, so the room looks bright but still has solid darks. Shadows open a little, and a small boost to clarity and texture sharpens edges.

Warm Balance, Darker Greens

White balance warms slightly and a yellow tint goes into the highlights. Greens lose saturation and get darker, so the potted plants sit back while wood tones come forward. Greens also lean toward aqua, and reds lose some saturation and get darker.

Best on: modern and minimal interiors, white walls and pale floors, and rooms that look too cold straight out of camera.

Included – PHLEARN Light FrostineOriginal

Light Frostine

Light Frostine brightens the bathroom and cleans up its whites. The greige walls, tub and vanity turn a lighter, crisper white, the shadows around the cabinets lift, and the window and greenery stay natural. Whites rise a little to keep the brightest surfaces clean.

Brighter Midtones, Held Highlights

The tone curve lifts the midtones and the shadows open up, while highlights come down hard so sconces and windows keep their detail. Contrast drops for an even look. Small boosts to clarity, texture and dehaze keep tile edges and fixtures defined.

Blue Toning Over a Warm Base

White balance warms slightly, but a blue tint goes into both the shadows and the highlights, which reads as clean, neutral white. Yellows and reds get much brighter, so beige surfaces lighten. Greens lose 40% of their saturation but get lighter, and blues get darker.

Best on: bathrooms and kitchens, white cabinetry, and tile and marble.

Included – PHLEARN Vanilla TouchOriginal

Vanilla Touch

Vanilla Touch lightens the whole room and adds a soft vanilla warmth to the walls. The hardwood floor and ceiling beams stay rich, and the shadows around the sofa and stair railings open up. No color tints are added, and only the white balance temperature moves.

Lifted Blacks, Softer Contrast

Blacks and shadows come up and whites rise, while highlights and contrast come down slightly. The room reads brighter and airier without the windows blowing out. A small boost to clarity and texture keeps wood grain and trim crisp.

Golden Rather Than Orange Wood

White balance warms, oranges shift toward yellow, and reds, oranges and yellows lose some saturation, so wood looks honey-toned instead of orange. Greens lose about three quarters of their color. Yellows and oranges also get a little lighter, and there is no grain.

Best on: living rooms and open-plan spaces, hardwood and wood beams, and homes with warm furnishings.

Lightroom Preset Questions, Answered

What’s included in the Real Estate Lightroom Presets?

The pack includes 10 presets: Simply Dover, Light Frostine, Soft Nutmeg, Warm White, Crisp Cream, Off Pearl, Muted Snow, Light Walnut, Atrium White and Vanilla Touch. They come as .XMP presets for Lightroom Classic, Lightroom desktop and Lightroom on your phone, plus .DNG versions for older versions of the mobile app.

What kind of photos are the Real Estate Lightroom Presets made for?

They’re made for indoor spaces, whether you’re a realtor, home decorator or working photographer. The presets brighten the harsh shadows that collect in corners and around furniture for a more balanced, open feel, and add subtle toning: warmth for hardwood floors and fabric, cooler tones for stainless steel and stone.

Do the Real Estate presets add or remove contrast?

Both, depending on the preset. The pack includes looks that add contrast when you want depth and definition in a room, and looks that remove contrast for a softer, cozier feel. They also bring out textures like hardwood, brick and stainless steel with subtle sharpening, and every setting can be adjusted afterward.

Are Lightroom Presets included in my PHLEARN PRO subscription?

Which version of Lightroom do I need?

The .XMP presets work in Lightroom Classic 7.3 and newer, in Lightroom on your computer and in Lightroom on your phone. For older versions of the mobile app, use the .DNG files in the download. We recommend the latest version.

How do I install Lightroom Presets?

In Lightroom Classic, open the Develop module, click the + in the Presets panel, choose Import Presets and select the .XMP files. The PDF install guide in your download covers Lightroom on your computer and your phone too, and every method is on our Lightroom Presets install guide.

I imported the pack, but I can’t see it.

The new group arrives collapsed and sits in alphabetical order. Scroll the Presets panel, find the group named after the pack and click its arrow.

Do I have to install the presets on my phone separately?

Not if you import them into Lightroom on your computer: within a few minutes they show up in Lightroom on any device signed in to the same Adobe account. If you use Lightroom Classic, import the .XMP files in the mobile app: open a photo, tap Presets, then Yours, then the three-dot menu and Import Presets.

Do the presets work on RAW and JPEG photos?

Yes. Every preset is built to work on both RAW and JPEG files, and each one can be adjusted after you apply it.

The preset looks too strong. What do I do?

Lower the Amount slider at the top of the Presets panel, then adjust White Balance and Exposure for that photo. Every photo starts from different light.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are downloadable products, all sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds.
