Removing Unwanted Distractions
1. Begin by opening your chosen photo within the Photoshop on iPhone app.
2. You can import directly from your camera roll by tapping the “+” icon and selecting “add from photos.”
3. Once your image is open, identify any distracting elements you wish to remove. Use two fingers to pinch and zoom for precise editing.

3. Gently increase the brightness slider to make your subject more prominent against the background.
4. To further emphasize the subject, you can add a vignette. Go back to “select area” and choose the “ellipse” tool.
5. Drag and resize the ellipse to encompass your image.
6. Inverse the selection using the “inverse” icon and tap the checkbox.
7. Navigate to “adjust area,” then “brightness and contrast,” and slightly decrease the brightness to darken the edges.
8. To soften the vignette, access the layer of the brightness/contrast adjustment, tap “Modify Mask,” and then “feather.” Adjust the feather amount until the vignette blends smoothly.
